I believe that you may be describing "ecstatic utterances." This is a phenomena that has been observed going back millennia and is contrasted with the events described in
Acts 2. However, it is likely the same phenomena Paul mentions in 1 Corinthians.
Due to our common inability to even identify this phenomena clearly as a "language" it is often called "tongues of angels" as per
1 Corinthians 13; though we have no way of knowing if it is the same thing as what Paul had in mind there.
