I admired (maybe to strong of a word?) this man more because he still preached against sin then I do those that fall into sin, but stop preaching against anything. I have seen both.

And by "lusts" in my statement above, I was referring to the lust for power and control. There are no "manual" instructions for dealing with a preacher who falls into this sin, yet it can be even more dangerous and corrosive than the types of sin you appear to have in mind.
