From the evidence at hand that I have seen, and when that evidence is compared to some of the cases in the ILEX discipline directory, I would guess anything from a 2 year suspension for misrepresenting a client to a "Perm Ban" for deliberately misrepresenting himself as a member of the District of Columbia Bar Association.
If I've missed anything, I'm certain Brother Boora would be able to do the noble and generous thing and fill in the blank spaces.
