Bro Ben, I understand your frustration. I hope and pray that you haven't experienced-and will never experienced-anything like this in your life or in the lives of your family. I've seen it and experienced it. You are correct that nothing will stop some bad things from happening in the name of religion. But we have to continue to hope.

No, frustration here, I just think it's all a waste of time and effort to parade this sort of behavior around the front yard. Preachers in every denomination have made mistakes over the pulpit, and alluded to things over the pulpit. Even brought to court because of their behavior in and out of the church. What I think is interesting is that it seems we never discuss the agita the people can cause ministers who are trying to build a church, or work with a church family. How many pastors ever dragged offending parishioners into court? There have been times that has happened, but alas it would still be the preacher's fault, and his organizations problem.
I can understand that the United Pentecostal Church International is always the whipping boy. It may be due to there consistent fortitude to overcome all the whiners who are constantly praying for their demise. I guess they have broad shoulders to bare the weight.
Yet, some people never miss an opportunity to make good use of a disaster, and spread the horrible story to one in all. It's understandable that men who are in the position of authority, may let the authority to over step some boundaries, and they pay for it. They pay for it in more ways than one.
Let's just remember there are bad apples on both sides of the pulpit, which we cannot hold an organization accountable for those few bad apples.
In Jesus name
Brother Benincasa
