I don't think that verse 44 would mean that we will not have a physical body (even though it will be glorified, supernatual as opposed to natural :-), the spiritual part could refer to the fact that after we have our glorified bodies we will no longer have the "old nature" we inherited from Adam.
Jesus showed after His resurrection that He could have a body that was - both - a physical "flesh and bones" body that could eat natural food, as well as have "supernatural" qualities also.
