And before that, he gave the distinct impression that funding was coming from all of their communities, when he said:
"As far as the funding, it is coming from our communities."
Did you miss that part in your quest to find him dishonest?
Besides that, the very fact that he has come out and said he is getting funding from both here and overseas would dispel any notion of him hiding it. If he wanted to hide that he was getting funding from overseas, he would actually hide it, not state it in an interview.
