Because even the poster on the 9-11 site said that he was giving them the impression it was local money. The NYC Firefighter sure had that impression. He should have stated more plainly, and especially, on the video when he had audience for it.

He said that when he was overseas. He didn't say that HERE. That is the difference. So, if by "community", he meant the Muslim world, he should have said so.
But, he didn't? Why not? Because he knows his mosque is causing division and he wants it built at any cost. Now, there's your peacemaker - NOT!
