Now that DB is GS of the UPCI I have thought the time might be right to approach him about instituting the official UPC Burkha as required wear for the fellowships ladies.
It would be a muted tan or brown with the UPCI globe logo discreetly in light gold. Of course it is too late to get them made in China for this years GC but this could be the rage next year.

I think the UPC Burkha is an excellent idea.

First, a letter-writing campaign to Hazelwood. Electronic, so as many as possible could sign. Then, we could find a few obscure UPC pastors who do not use the internet to take up with the idea and pass the campaign onto those we cannot reach. "Ready to be Me", could be the campaign slogan, with emphasis on the freedom it would bring. Emphasis on not doing away with anyone's individuality by allowing a small color choice for the globe on the logo.
