General Petraeus and Imam Rauf both said that if a particular thing were to happen, Americans might be in danger. Why is one a threat but the other is simply a warning?
This wasn't a national issue until this year, until the mid-term elections rolled around. The politicians are playing off of fear from people like you to get extra votes. As soon as the election is over, this issue will go back to a footnote like it was before.
I enjoyed the interview of Imam Rauf. I am glad he is standing up for his American rights and not letting extremists and religious bigots push him around. America needs more people like him.
