You know gals do look cute in hats ,I wish my wife would wear one but I can't get her to.

I don't think I look good in hats, but every time I wear one I do seem to get more attention! hahaha It sure does help on bad hair days

But now we must have clothes that keep us dry
And pay our rent and not swear in the street
And set a good example for the children.
We must have friends to dinner and read the papers.

But maybe I ought to practice a little now?
So people who know me are not too shocked and surprised
When suddenly I am old, and start to wear purple.

As I told Rhoni, the hotel discount was nice...don't remember now how much, but it was cool.

And with getting their car insurance, I saved about $6oo a year...not bad, eh?!

I am 55 years old and proud, mighty proud to say it, girl!!

My hubby is 50. We have State Farm Insurance. As anyone who has it knows, it is not cheap. I called AARP for insurance quote and it was going to go UP approx $2000 to $3000 yearly!! I said "No thank you, thanks for your time" and stayed with my faithful State Farm agent that I've had for 25 plus years.
