Some time after Bro. Goss' time as General Superintendent (1945-1951) he told Bro. Carl Ballestero at a camp meeting in Indiana, "even the Baptists will be in the Bride of Christ."

This is recorded on page 108 of Christianity Without the Cross. It has been confirmed here on AFF by Eld. Steve Epley who heard it from Bro. Ballestero.
