Man, that horse ran right by me. Right, thats about 40%.
I personally find that number doubtful, for if it is accurate there was alot of cold half backslidden saints that bothered to PAY to go to conference. Normally those type people have problems even showing up on a midweek service, much less paying for church.
I'm not going to say its a lie, it could be so, but alot of these numbers seem to be "evangelistically speaking". Maybe for the sake of a good showing for DKB to help kickoff the whole identity era.
