Not sure the last time I have visited the forum!
Stopped drinking coffee and soda and have gone from 255 lbs to 170.
March 2010-to present
So there is proof anyone can get themselves in shape even a 46 year old who thought being 255 was normal.
I now run 5-10 miles per day and have not missed a day since I started in mid April. I have run nearly 2000 Miles!
It takes a physical walk on a spiritual journey.
We have been taught that the spiritual man should rule over the physical man.
Then we walk around at 255 lbs and want others to see us as Over-Comers.
You simply will not find harmony between the spiritual man and the physical man until you start the physical journey to a spiritual man.
Bringing the physical man into submission is not all about not yielding to sin, it is about discipline of the physical body.
Even my hair has started to grow back, I am convinced it was the soda and the acid...
