If there are evangelists, pastors and teachers in the Church today there must also be apostles and prophets because we still need perfecting and edification because we have not come into "the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ" so we are "no more children, tossed to and fro, and carrie about with every sleight of men..."
