Re: The Bible Is Secondary
The early christians had 'the Word of God', what we today call the 'old testament'.
The early christians were not a bunch of biblical illiterates, unlike so many today.

The scriptures without relationship in Spirit with God produces religion. Religion is the source of wars and all kinds of hatred.

In the past God used a donkey to reprimand a prophet, God used pagan nations to punish Israel, and God used satan to test Job. So yes God can use any one He wants anytime.

Re: The Bible Is Secondary
If the Scriptures are not inerrant, then you have nothing to base your faith on except your own personal experiences and opinions.
The canon was not established by the RCC.
Not that the apostles themselves ever thought of their writings as 'the canon of Scripture' anyway...

Probably need your definition of inerrancy, because the different manuscripts (since we have no original) from which we have our translations have textual variations. E.g, the ending of Mark, woman caught in adultry in John 8, etc.
Now, as far as the whole essence of the new testament scriptures, it remains whole.
So I guess you have to supply your definition of inerrancy.

One cannot base one's life on several of the scriptures in the bible. For example are we to love our father and mother or hate our father and mother. Only after changing one of the passages to agree with the other can one arrive at scripture to base one's faith on.

Yes it was. If the roman catholic church didn't finalize the canon, who did?

Are you saying the earlier manuscripts were not final God-approved without it and God moved on a scribe to add it later?
