No. When it is time for each office a nominating ballot is firs taken. If an individual gets 2/3 of the votes that are cast on the nominating ballot there is an election is declared and there is no further voting.
If no one has 2/3 then the top 3 names are voted on for the position.
When someone has held an office for 8 years they must win on the nominating ballot. If they do not win a new nominating ballot is taken.
