That is partly what prompted me to start this post... since I am overseas right now.

I think people are quick to get defensive about their own weight, or those in their family...

but I am using the same mentality which the church taught me about religion... you can never do enough, and there is always something else you could be doing to be better. And again, I am not saying this as some guy who is the epitome of health and fitness... because I am FAR from that.

If someone weighs 400 pounds, and is still drinking regular soda (and hasn't switched either to diet or to plain water), then there is still something they can do to lose weight... regardless of any medical conditions that they might have.

AND if someone is still drinking diet soda on a regular basis, there is still something they can do to improve their health - switch to WATER!

Number one weight loss secret that most people chose to ignore: Weight Training!

They don't call it an "Ancient Chinese Secret" for nothing!

Most people assume that cardio is the only or best form of exercise used to lose weight, but weight training is FAR better. Weight training building muscles which in turn burn calories..... all day. Even when asleep.

The prophet said this church was going to be shocked how weight was going to fall off this sister. WELLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL???????
She was pretty healthy until she died which was years later and I doubt if anyone was shocked.

Neither, but I do a lot of research in the nutrition area. I was just at a nutrition seminar the other night that had everyone sitting on their sitting wishing for more when it was over.
