Anyone here like the Jackson Southernaires? I used to have a tape years ago when I was still a newbie. I loved listening to them though black southern gospel is not exactly my thing.,
They ahd this one song where they were singing about people who are sick and talking to Jesus. Then they had a chorus where they just kept saying Jeeeeesussss over and over while one guy was singing and you could just imagine them in a hospital room surrounding a patient while praying and the Lord stepping into the room

Apostolic is defined on AFF as:
There is One God. This one God reveals Himself distinctly as Father, Son and Holy Ghost.
The Son is God himself in a human form or "God manifested in the flesh" (1Tim 3:16)
Every sinner must repent of their sins.
That Jesus name baptism is the only biblical mode of water baptism.
That the Holy Ghost is for today and is received by faith with the initial evidence of speaking in tongues.
The saint will go on to strive to live a holy life, pleasing to God.
Hmmm....the only Willie Johnson I was aware of was a black female preacher from back east, very much used of in the gifts.
Sista Willie Johnson. Yup. I knew her too. She wore a black cape with a red liner. She would swing that cape from side to side as she would wail with her songs and preaching.
Popsy Gibson, Sister Mangun's father told me that in 1930 or 40 something that she was on the platform in Whiteway Tabernacle. She stood to sing and God sent an earthquake in the building that shook for quite a while. The power of God was so strong in the place but in all the shaking, there was not one thing broken.
Sister Willie Johnson...nevah no one quite like the Sista, now gone on to be with her Lord.
Anyone interested, I think Hugh Rose in Ohio may have some old tapes of her. She used to go there a lot.

I know someone that knew her too. I regret not being around while she was here preaching

I don't know if anyone else pointed this out but it says He's God IN the Father, He's God IN the Son, He's God IN the Holy Ghost and all these three are one
I've never heard it sung that way and I attended an ultra-con church for 15 years where that song was sung almost every Sunday....LOL!
