The Bible condemns various acts that are homosexual in nature. For example in Leviticus we read,
Leviticus 18:22
Thou shalt not lie with mankind, as with womankind: it is abomination.
The verse says that this is an abomination but it doesn't mention as to why this is an abomination. Why do you think it is classified as an abomination?
We all struggle with different things,but aren't you glad Jesus help us with our probelms ?

pure speculation, but since we are on it, what if liars have a genetic factor?
The scientists claim that the problem is rooted in our genetics. There are studies of hormonal responses in the brain of homosexuals only activating in blind experiments with hormones from the same sex. Studies from Europe and Australia found similar results. For many in the scientific community this is nearly a proven point.
But this wouldn't contradict Scripture. Paul wrote,
Romans 7:18
For I know that in me (that is, in my flesh,) dwelleth no good thing: for to will is present with me; but how to perform that which is good I find not.
The flesh is fallen and possesses an evil nature. Science is only finding what the Bible has taught us all along.
What this does bring us to re-consider is how we deal and relate with those struggling from this fallen condition. Instead of seeing it as a choice to be made it must be seen as a symptom of our fallen condition.
This brings us to realize that outside of God's grace we could be involved in the same thing.

The word translated as abomination is dealing with idol worship. I don't know enough to say why it's used in this context.

And what if He doesn't deliver them? Is that somehow their fault? Did they do something wrong? Not fast enough, not pray enough, not plead enough? Didn't feel guilty enough?
What if He doesn't? Does that mean they're never welcome in the church? Or forever have to hide who they are, what they struggle with? Does it mean they live with skeletons in the closet for the rest of their lives?
Well, many will convince themselves they have been "delivered", marry the opposite sex, keep trying to live the straight life for a while, have children, then give up and divorce.

Since the fall of man we have seen the advent of diseases and abnormalities resulting from genetic anomalies. We've even seen human beings born with both male and female reproduction organs (hermaphrodites).
I believe that in Leviticus 18:22 God had a reason for condemning homosexual behavior other than it being "gross" or alien to His design.
