But who diagnoses "insanity?" You actually have to get a judge to rule on that after the testimony of several doctors. And you're mistaken, it has everything to do with the UPC because the UPC has licensed the pastor and the pastor has agreed to submit to the Judicial Procedure.
By joining the UPC, the pastor himself has placed himself into a covenantal relationship with other like-minded ministers. This is for the protection of the pastor and to protect those who he serves at the local church.
Now, you personally may not want to enter into such an agreement, and in America you are free to choose. However, the pastor under discussion here did agree to this under no duress and of his own free will. Now he should keep his word and live up to his commitments; just like he would expect any saint in his church to do.

no. if all the elder agree they can take the church.they have access to his bank account and the churches bank account.i feel this way is much better then to have the upc ( in my church the upc can only take his licence not the church)watching out for us.

Well, I have two relatives and a close friend that it happened to, so I'd say, given the appropriate cause, chances are looking up all the time.

what about if the pastor decides to change the church vans insurance provider because they made changes in the policy.does he need to tell the saints.remember in most cases it would have the same affect on the saints to change the insurence as it would for him to give up his licence to the upc.

Most likely you have no idea what you are talking about, said as respectfully as possible. It was for three absolutely different sins, and the organization pulled their cards. Perhaps you should do a little research, outside of what your pastor tells you, about what it is you are talking about.

Actually, just to be factual, the above is what you SAID, and what I responded to.
The organization cannot take any church that is not affiliated, that is the part that is correct in your last statement.
