Is it wrong to marry outside of your nationality? And Moses?

Not wrong. Nor is it "wrong" to wish to marry inside your own race.

I hope not or I am in big trouble. My wife and I just celebrated our 16th anniversary. We not the same race. but the same faith

The antimarriage thing(black/white mostly) has slowly changed over the years with alot realizing the error of it.

Yes, it is a sin to marry outside your race. We are commanded by Scripture to marry within our own race.
