why are there dif colors for the same yr? my sticker is blue. most i see are tan, and today i came across one that is green.
I'm not sure of all the different reasons but my new 2012 car had a two year inspection sticker and it was a different color than my husbands sticker for 2012.
Asking sources; my guess will be "to foil fake stickers, and 2 years are for newer, more efficient vehicles less likely to violate emissions standards."
