Much different? How is it different
at all, other than who is doing the "forcing" or "legislating"? The end result is the same. They both are requirements. They both can be obeyed or disobeyed. They both have consequences for disobeying. OK there's another difference: the consequences are
extremely different. In one case, it's a fine or some jail time. In the other, it's eternal torture (unless you are UR). Besides those two differences (who legislates and the severity of punishment), is there anything else that's much different?
