Anyone who brings up "standards" as a witnessing tool is dumb, stupid, ignorant. south bound end of a mule and an idiot. Witnessing is telling people about the love of Jesus and how their lives can be changed.

Acts 2:38 when I witness. From my observations of scripture, there are two to three general situations when
Acts 2:38 should be mentioned. One is when asked (
Acts 2:37). The second is when a person a person has been filled with the Holy Ghost (Cornelius)... The third I discovered is when someone as already repented and they are open to a more perfect way such as Paul's discussion with John the Baptist's disciples.
