Rico, I'm not thinking bad of you, brother. In fact, I really don't even care if you clean your house or not. LOL. I was just wanting to make my point. Ok, and to stir up the pot just a little bit.
I agree that kids need to be taught to do their part to help around the house. I have the same problem with Walt in that area. He would rather do something himself than to take the time to work with the boys to teach them how to do it. I've taught them housekeeping stuff, but they need to know things like how to clean the gutters, how to maintain the lawnmower, how to trim trees, etc. I keep saying that if we fail to teach them those things and they go into adulthood without those skills, then we've failed them. But he just goes on and does them himself anyway. Oh well. What can I say?
