JOBS LOST: 6,000 in '07; 1,400 in '08. Many more at risk, but Barclays deal could save 9,000 out of 25,000 jobs worldwide. Most NYC employees now expected to keep jobs.

I have a major problem with that as well. Not to mention giving them bonus for their mess ups!.
