And how is that Medicare, Medicaid, Social Security, Postal Service, Cash for Clunkers, Stimulus Package, VA Administration, Welfare, War on Poverty, Food Stamps, Public Education, et al working out for all of us?

Are any of these institutions and programs known for their efficiency, productivity and quality?
