Hey Hoovie, is one of those men a spittin preacher? Why are they so far away from the congregation?

Let it be understood that Apostolic Friends Forum is an Apostolic Forum.
Apostolic is defined on AFF as:
- There is One God. This one God reveals Himself distinctly as Father, Son and Holy Ghost.
- The Son is God himself in a human form or "God manifested in the flesh" (1Tim 3:16)
- Every sinner must repent of their sins.
- That Jesus name baptism is the only biblical mode of water baptism.
- That the Holy Ghost is for today and is received by faith with the initial evidence of speaking in tongues.
- The saint will go on to strive to live a holy life, pleasing to God.

We have 2 morning services one at 9:30 and one at 11:30 no evening service.
First service gets out about 10:45.

We have 2 Sunday morning services. 9 & 11am. We have had no Sunday evening service since before I became Sr. Pastor 13 yrs ago.

Home Mission church that just turned 11 yrs old. From day one they've had Sun AM only at 10:30am.
(one of 4 UPC churches in area; only one that does not do an evening service)

For several years we attended Sunday morning only. For the past four years we attend Sunday morning @9:30and Sunday evening 5:30 in California and Sunday morning 10:00 and Sunday evening 6:00 pm in Missouri. In Missouri they may dismiss on major holiday weekend evenings so family's can get together. I miss being in church Sunday evenings when we don't have them. Problem is people spend much more time in front of the TV and computer than they do in the house of God.
