Believe that although man did tamper with God's Word. God did not leave us without a witness. There is enough proof in the Bible to show the way.
And even in History and the enemies that came later, in their writing's, they prove what they intended to condemn.

God works thru man, he brought salvation by becoming a man.

Everything that God did or does in this world is through man.

There are too many one sided people who think they have the corner on salvation and God, even when the Bible testifies against their beliefs. The fact is, the Holy Spirit testifies to the fact that there are those who are saved by grace through faith, who have never been baptized with someone saying the name of Jesus over them. Think about it. The moving of the supernatural testifies to the fact that God has saved people by grace through faith, not because of what some preacher proclaimed over them as they were baptized.

There can be a "moving of the supernatural" that does not confirm salvation.

That being said though, it is up to each of us to search the scriptures and then believe and obey.

It's not up to any of us to pronounce people saved or lost. All we can do is study and pray and seek the truth, and then share that truth with others to the best of our understanding.

Let us be humble, love God and love people. Let us not be arrogant or condemning.
