Question-

If an informal meeting, at, say, a restaurant in the Knoxville, Tennessee area were scheduled and announced in plenty of time, to have a "get-together" for AFF folks, a chance to get accquainted and to fellowship, how many would be able to attend? No preaching or singing... just talking and getting to know one another. And, of course, eating.

Now, if this was repeated in... say St. Louis, or Oklahoma City, or Baton Rouge... or the Dallas/Ft Worth area, or in the LA area... or at any point in between.... would anyone be intereted in getting together? Just wondering....

I'd love it, but I'm afraid I'm a little north of all the places you've mentioned.

Dallas area would be perfect for me and I know Ferd is here too... Cineastx is here too (think thats how she spells it lol) and there are a few others in this area... KarenJo.. if you come to this area please let us know as I would love to meet you

Will these be "organizational" meetings? How much are the dues? Can one belong to both AFF and UPCI? Will AFF be licensing ministers?

Count me in! I live across the state, but I have a sis in Knoxville. I love the drive to east Tennessee.

I guess you are in one of "the points in between". Okay, let me rephrase....

Just a thought another poster and I discussed recently. "AFF Regional Fellowship Meetings". Catered dinners in church fellowship halls would work, too. Nothing formal... no "Tulas type" thing. Just.... meeting. Getting together. And havin a good time.
