Well it actually can work.

As for a nation Switzerland refuses to fight, but all men of fighting age are apart of their reserves. So I don't think you could call them pacifist. They have a backup plan.

You will always need some form of police.

So technically not every single person on the planet could be a pacifist because then who would protect us.

I think I am a pacifist unless I think I am going to die by violence and then I will be for self defense for a few minutes and then I will revert back to pacifism.

It sounds like you made a good argument for the USs involvement in stopping Nazi Germany's expansionist take over of Europe

Actually I came up with many logical arguments why we should not listen to our politicians lies that we always need to be in war.

Do you do WW2 reenactments on the weekend?

Is it true you have a basement full of WW2 memorabilia?

I am not defensive. Sorry I wasn't try to get all up in your business. I thought we were cool like that. You asked me a lot of questions. I tried to answer the best I could. Actually the last question was the only one I was interested in.

Historically, the Crimea region belonged to Russia. Nakita Kruchev gave it to Ukraine illegally. So if Russia has the power to take it back, do we really want to stop them? Why should we care?
