I wonder, have the Yes voters just been lucky, so far? Maybe they haven't asked God for much. And maybe they're very careful about what they ask for. Maybe they know how to ask in accordance with His will (i.e., ask Him to do something that He already wants to do anyway). But maybe they've learned the secret to how to have the faith of a mustard seed!
How 'bout it, guys? What's your secret?

Hebrews 13:23 Know ye that our brother Timothy is set at liberty
Matthew 21:22 And all things, whatsoever ye shall ask in prayer, believing, ye shall receive.
What part of the word ALL is excepted?
I'm with ya, Mizpeh... indeed, why even waste one's time asking God for something, if you doubt that he will give it to you? Moreover, why waste God's time in doing such a thing when there is no faith to receive?
Seems pretty simple to me...... ask, believe & then receive! The only limitation comes from the one doing these things [that's you or I], and not from the One who gives.
Next question, please!
OK, next question: if there are many people praying for the same thing (someone's healing, for example), do they all have to believe? Is a majority needed? Or is it good enough for just one of them to ask, believing? It would seem to me that God would honor that one's faith and grant the request.
Since it doesn't always happen that way, it is apparent that faith is very rare, these days. I've known of sick people who had hundreds, even thousands, praying for them, and yet they died. Pretty sad that not a single one of all those people praying believed it would work.

Wait...If I pray to God for something then I must have faith that he will give it to me...why else would I be praying to him....If I don't have faith he will deliever then I will not bother to pray for it...but people will always try to explain away why something is not delivered to them when clearly the bible states it will be.....

It's a can't-lose promise. If you ask and you get it, that was your faith at work. If you ask and you don't get it, you obviously didn't have faith. There can be no other explanation!
