I'm with ya, Mizpeh... indeed, why even waste one's time asking God for something, if you doubt that he will give it to you? Moreover, why waste God's time in doing such a thing when there is no faith to receive?
Seems pretty simple to me...... ask, believe & then receive! The only limitation comes from the one doing these things [that's you or I], and not from the One who gives.
Next question, please!

OK, next question: if there are many people praying for the same thing (someone's healing, for example), do they all have to believe? Is a majority needed? Or is it good enough for just one of them to ask, believing? It would seem to me that God would honor that one's faith and grant the request.
Since it doesn't always happen that way, it is apparent that faith is very rare, these days. I've known of sick people who had hundreds, even thousands, praying for them, and yet they died. Pretty sad that not a
single one of all those people praying believed it would work.
