I have seen this in my own experience. When I was a bartender, of course not living for God, I never dressed provocatively and I never used foul language. I saw how much men respected that and I received a lot more tips. I was a good Catholic, mostly.
I am proud of your wife and my husband for their conduct in the workplace. Some of the guys ask my husband to pray for them even though he doesn't ever preach to them. He is a strong, manly man, but also remains a good example. He is someone our son can be proud of and look up to.
