Also, let's say another church decides that my kid needs to be baptized in their way or they won't make it to heaven. You can bet your bippy I would be upset if they did so without my permission. I may be even tempted to take legal action.
All in all, I believe every situation will be judged by God. He is a big God and can keep minors until they are of age to take that step.
I definetly do not advocate going against parents. That teaches rebellion against authority.

You are right! I totally agree with you~
just so I make myself clear on what I posted :-) I am speaking of IF my child would have done it at the age of 16 or older without my permission, I would not have been upset.....just a bit ticked yes~ Anything younger....... I would have raised the roof.....it should always be up to the parents...no matter!
