Yes but that is not necessarily WHY the Senators voted on it...they see Dollar signs. They see increased tax revenue for the States.
We already ALL already admitted a long time ago the impact it will have on Ma and Pa outfits...do you acknowledge I admitted that several pages ago? In fact I admitted it's negative impact the FIRST time you mentioned it...did you see it the first time I admitted it? How about the SECOND or THIRD or FOURTH etc etc?
