It has nothing to do with revenue? Seriously? For months Dems and Reps have been wrangling over how to deal with the national debt and pay for things like Obama Care. They bantered around the idea of raising taxes, not renewing the Bush tax cuts and cutting spending across the board.
Of course this is about tax revenue. Like I said before, California already passed a law like this so they can reap in millions in taxes
