I agree with what I know of the Duggars' actions, so long as they made sure to get the girls any help that they needed. Putting their son in the legal system would have been of absolutely NO benefit.

They said that all of the children received counseling from a certified professional and that their son paid his own counseling fees.

I can't either. Very tough. I hope the whole family can rise above this. The media certainly won't grant mercy.
