Re: I Want To Get Fitter!

Again, you can eat like Doctor Bragg and never get healthier.
Food consumption is only 20% the rest is exercise. Not aerobic, or working construction. Calisthenics, weight lifting, and cardio all combined. It is a part of hygiene. Like brushing teeth, washing yourself, and routines you maintain when you go to the latrine. Weight lifting, calisthenics, and cardio helps to get everything working properly. Also maintains good hormonal balance in the body.

Re: I Want To Get Fitter!

People are under some false information that what foods they eat are going to keep them in good health. That is wrong, because MeMaw, and PeePaw, ate things that would Dr Kellogg jump out of his white suit. MeMaw and PeePaw, ate good, and worked hard. Led active lives, and died peaceful deaths at ripe ages. While work doesn't replace lifting heavy in exercise. The old couple did jobs and chores which would equal heavy lifting exercise. 20% is food, water intake of staying hydrated is important. Yet, calisthenics, cardio and heavy weight training is the real meat and potatoes. Without it, you are just skinny fat.

I will make this simple. Humans are meant to burn fat for energy and not sugar! So I will kindly disagree on your 20%.

One word shows you haven't got a clue: glycogen.
