Someone asked me this several years ago - it convicted me and I ask God to help me know what to do - Since that time, I have done something in my own way to support the the anti-abortion agenda. So........... if you think the Republican party should be more active to stop these abortions - exactly WHAT would you have us do?

I sincerely hope that you will re-think your position of possibly not voting in this election. People not voting is partly why America is in the shape that she is in - Godly people have not participated in politics for too long and have sat back and let the the ungodly rule. If we don't vote for those who offer at least some semblance of goodness (yes, sometimes we have to choose the lesser of two evils) - America will continue further down the path of destruction.
With a name like Sweet Pea, how could I possibly take what you say wrong?

I have answered this question in the past. What I would do differently is not blindly give my vote until I had a firm committment to action and then something that I could hold politicians accountable to. Something that I could evaluate and revisit after their term.
My sphere of influence is relatively small, so all I can do to stop abortions is attempt to influence those in my sphere of influence. However, the Presidents, Senators, State Governments, Judges, and Justices have a considerablt larger sphere of influence. I would not settle for rhetoric from those people. If those people are pro-life then the landscape should be considerably different. There was a time in our country when abortion was not so rampant and demanding action would have been key to me.

To your point about godly people not participating and allowing the ungodly to rule...that has been my point accept that the ungodly ruled under a cloak of "godliness" so the godly supported them.
