The "natural cure" for the bite of a rabid dog is known as lycanthropy. The bite of a rabid bat has a similar "natural" course to run.
It all works out okay but you do have to give up garlic.

A genleman back home who is a friend of my dads, was diagnosed with cancer.
He went in to the hospital for surgery and when they opened him up, they realized they could do nothing for him.
He was sent home to die. Stage 4 cancer (I dont know what kind) and all over his body.
He started doing some research and decided to drink grape juice. he drank huge amounts of the stuff every day, pretty much having a glass of it in his hands all day long.
This gentlman is alive and cancer free today.

I have heard of the "grape juice" cure before. Sometime it works (as in the case of your dads friend) but usually it doesn't. As I recall Michael Landon was trying a similar "treatment" during his final few months.

If I get cancer, I am going to the Dr. Im gonna take what ever treatment they have, if they want to cut me open and pull stuff out, I will jump on the table.
if they send me home to die, Im gonna pray and drink grape juice.
I believe in modern medicine and I also belive in what works.

So in other words, someone comes onto this thread with one of the things I listed (and am really curious about the rabies one) and asks "what should I do?".
I guess the answer is "do your own research!"?
All I ask is, what herb or root do you chew/drink/smoke after being bitten by a rabid dog or bat?
