You aren't even using your Proverbs correctly.
Who were the "wise and prudent?" Am I going to hear another speech against Higher Education? Spare me. Even Pentecostalism has moved on without you.
The "wise" discussed by Paul in Corinth were not people who got an education and spent their lives studying things. That's missing the point -- and the mark! The negative use of the "wise" in scripture were always those who searched for answers for life outside of God. Ecclesiastes may be helpful to you.
