Well, I've also heard that it get's reported over on one of those boards what happens here. Someone reported, I heard, over there that NOW and AFF were pro-homosexual.
Next thing you know we had people showing up, some former members not been around in a while, accusing NOW and the board of being pro-homosexual, and using a innuendo to reference sodomy as an pejorative towards NOW.
Sorry but if that is what goes on in those forums and I built up this idealistic view of how preachers are Holy Men of God, I'd want my forum to be private too.
But Ron says it never happens.
There may be legitimate reasons for those forums being private, but Im having serious doubts as to the claim nothing like that ever goes down on them

Let it be understood that Apostolic Friends Forum is an Apostolic Forum.
Apostolic is defined on AFF as:
- There is One God. This one God reveals Himself distinctly as Father, Son and Holy Ghost.
- The Son is God himself in a human form or "God manifested in the flesh" (1Tim 3:16)
- Every sinner must repent of their sins.
- That Jesus name baptism is the only biblical mode of water baptism.
- That the Holy Ghost is for today and is received by faith with the initial evidence of speaking in tongues.
- The saint will go on to strive to live a holy life, pleasing to God.
