Humankind is divided into three groups: Jews, Gentiles, and the Church (ref 1 Corinthians 10:32). In my opinion if we are in the church we can marry only within the church.

Would it be wrong if I fell in love and married a "smokin' hot", blue skinned, alien babe from another galaxy with long red hair that happened to be a Christian?
And what if she lived in a state of symbiosis with a beautiful 2nd cousin? Could I marry them both?

I am glad God allowed me to see that it was not about the color of the skin. I have some family that might not be real happy once my boys get married because they all seem to have an eye for girls who have more color to their skin than they do.

No, I do not think it is wrong to "marry outside of your nationality." I do, however, think that it would be VERY wrong to even attempt to marry Moses.
