Her parent felt the proper punishment was a spnking with a belt. She didn't comply and bend over to take it, so she got hit all over. I remember gettign the same warnign when I was a kid. Bend over and hold still, if not it's your own fault where you get whacked. I remember getting cracked on my nuckles when I tried to cover my behind.
What a sad society we are in when people can't stomach a child getting a spanking anymore.
