I teach patients about nutrition so every time I hear a myth it's just ingrained to correct it... and we've covered a bunch of them here.

yeah, I been trying to lose the last 20 lbs for like a year to no avail, so now I"m going to try a new thing-no food that comes in a box or a bag, no sugar, no artificial sweetners, no oils except extra virgin olive oil, no "non fat" food, no so called "healthy" bred,cereal,bars, no margerine.
I"m only going to eat food that only lists one or two ingrediants on the label.
and before someone makes a smart remark i do workout nearly everyday
