They would NOT be classified as APOSTOLIC by many on this board as most do not adhere to the Wesleyan "Holiness" style of dress or rules of conduct. Most I preach for preach a strong Repentance message and they baptize in the Name of Jesus Christ and people are filled with the Holy Ghost but they do not teach the three steps FOR salvation.
I almost forgot to say - Everyone I have ever baptized in water in 61 nations - I baptized them "In the Name of Jesus Christ".

You're Apostolic, to me if you preach the necessity of Repentance, Water Baptism in the Name of Jesus Christ, and the Baptism of the Holy Ghost with tongues following as evidence. Standards have far less to do with it.
If you have done all three but don't believe they're necessary I'd still say you're saved (not Apostolic because you don't hold to the doctrine), just misguided and you need to go back to the altar and as the old PAW church mothers used to say "go on down and get you some of that conviction".
