If I had a guy living next door who keeps telling me that he wants me dead, I would be very concerned.
If I see him stocking up on rifles, etc, I would be REALLY concerned.
If I see him loading a rifle and setting it up, I would do everything in my power to sabotage that rifle.

That's the situation Israel is in.
