If this was my neighbor, I wouldn't do ANYTHING to sabotage his rifle.
I'd make preparations for the attack, for my defense-- enough so to subdue the attacker.
I'm not going to go and attack the burglar, robber, rapist or whoever BEFORE they do anything. Where is the justice in that? I thought Conservatives were against the idea of, "thought police."
