I have never been persecuted to the point of fearing for my life. But, the closest I have come to persecution has come from other Christians, many of them my family... because our doctrinal beliefs differ.
I do believe that in preparation for the coming days, it is wise to now begin to prepare both spiritually and physically for those difficult times. We must not bury our heads in the sand, and think that the things that happen in other countries around the world will never come here.
Well I have been kicked out of churches a few times, does that count?
Does being called a false prophet, Jim Jones and other similar names count?
I also have been banned from Internet places does that count?
It is kind of funny, I have received the most grief from people claiming to be Christians, even Apostolic ones.
Belief systems are deeply rooted for some people and those people cannot handle when others do not share or even agree with their belief. There is no room in their hearts to just allow other people to have their beliefs and convictions. It's sad that love does not abound in the body of Christ when that is one of the main subjects Christ said we are to have for one another.

"As we have therefore opportunity, let us do good unto all men, especially unto them who are of the household of faith." (Galatians 6:10)
well i beleive the church persecuting each other. has got to stop. and ur right when it all stops is when there will be a great revival..just dont know if it will stop.."The church is in the world and the world is in the church"
..
The trouble is that some sects of the church don't recognize other sects as part of the church. (Not mentioning any names! )

If Jesus included the Samaritans, Greeks and Gentiles for salvation, why wouldn't He save other sects that are honest and sincere in heart? Just a thought.
I can't honestly say I've been persecuted for my Christian faith.
But when I was in school I took learning disability classes and I got picked on pretty bad for being in LD classes,I was constantly being called retard and such.

Ok, you seem dangerously close to saying that there aren't some Hindus who aren't going to fry, here (and dang, I got lakeside seats...)

Ha, funny how those people turn out the best...innit? And yes, you have suffered a form of persecution from your brethren here in AFF, the worst kind, I might have even dished some out ignorantly...it's just how people approach a new idea, with attack, lol...
